  • Establishing a contract by finding out what people want
  • Discovering progress already made

We will also cover the subtle arts of connecting with clients where they are, knowing when to progress the conversation, when to slow down, and what to do when people are not making progress

Attending this workshop will further develop and consolidate your SF skills and you will benefit from guided skills practice to improve your SF conversational ability.

What people say

I loved being reminded that being curious is a skill

What I like about the way Bryan delivers is his humility and wonder.

Gentle direction and guidance created a perfect learning environment

Thought-provoking, interesting and fun.

Bespoke 1:1, 1:2, and Group Solution Focused Skills Development

This is a unique opportunity to develop your SF skills quickly and effectively.

Whatever level you are at, from beginner to highly experienced practitioner, your SF practice can always improve.

After more than 20 years of SF practice, training delivery, and study at master’s level, I have concluded that a highly effective, concentrated, and efficient way to develop the SF approach is 1:1, 1:2 and Group Skills Development training with an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner.

I have been offering this for some years now, and the outcomes have been outstanding.

It is suitable whatever your level of SF knowledge.

What’s in it for you?

The big plus is that it is bespoke, tailored to your needs, and builds on your existing skills and practice.

Together, we will decide what we cover in each session.

You will also receive copious materials as part of the package, along with reading recommendations, again tailored to your needs.

The sessions can be spaced out to suit you, as the period in between can be used to develop your skills.

You can have as many, or as few, sessions as you wish. There are many possibilities, and every session could be the last. Some may want a few sessions close together; others might make this a monthly, 6 monthly, or annual check in to ensure that progress continues. A single session will make a difference.

Typically, three sessions make a very big difference, and you will notice improvement from the very first session.

You will receive a CPD Certificate for the sessions.

Pricing

1:1 £75/ 1 hour session (book 3 for £199)

1:2 £50/ person/ 1 hour session (book 3 for £125/ person)

Group (max 4 people) £160/ 1.5 hour session (book 3 for £420)

Solution focused brief therapy is a refreshingly straightforward, highly flexible and cooperative approach to counselling. It helps you to take control of your life by establishing how you want things to be and then working towards this end; a process which generates momentum and leaves problems behind.
